The HSWS International Interdisciplinary Journal, an initiative of Hridhayam Social Welfare Society serves as a dynamic platform for scholars, researchers, professionals, and practitioners across various disciplines to share knowledge, ideas, and research findings. The main objectives of this journal is to Promote Interdisciplinary Research, to foster social innovation and awareness, to provide a platform for emerging scholars, to bridge the gap between academia and practice, to uphold research ethics and quality and to encourage community centric research.
Target Audience
The HSWS International Multidisciplinary Journal aims to reach a broad and diverse readership comprising academicians, researchers, post graduate and PhD students, practitioners, professionals, policy makers, government officials, Interdisciplinary thinkers, NGOs and innovative thinkers.
Peer Review Process
The HSWS International Multidisciplinary Journal follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of all published articles. The identity of both the author(s) and reviewers is kept confidential throughout the review process to maintain fairness and objectivity.
The entire review process typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on reviewer availability and the extent of revisions required.

Guidelines to Authors
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research articles, review papers, case studies, or conceptual papers that align with the scope of the HSWS International Interdisciplinary Journal. Submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:
Manuscript Length:
3,000 to 6,000 words (including references, tables, and figures).Formatting Style:
Use APA Style (7th Edition) for citations and references.

No Refund Policy:
The processing fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The processing charges i.e. donations received will be used for social cause and maintenance of this journal.
