About HSWS GMJ 

The HSWS Global Multidisciplinary Journal, an initiative of Hridhayam Social Welfare Society serves as a dynamic platform for scholars, researchers, professionals, and practitioners across various disciplines to share knowledge, ideas, and research findings. The journal embraces a wide array of subjects within the realms of Social Sciences, Humanities, Education, Health and Wellness, Environmental Studies, Economics, Sports, Pharmacy, Management, Law, Medical, Technology, Applied Sciences, and interdisciplinary subjects fostering collaboration and dialogue across disciplines. 

The journal encourages original, high-quality research articles, review papers, case studies and conceptual frameworks that reflect interdisciplinary approaches and contribute to the betterment of society. 

Objectives of the Journal

The main objectives of this journal is to Promote Interdisciplinary Research, to foster social innovation and awareness, to provide a platform for emerging scholars, to bridge the gap between academia and practice, to uphold research ethics and quality and to encourage community centric research.

    The HSWS Global Multidisciplinary Journal follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of all published articles. The identity of both the author(s) and reviewers is kept confidential throughout the review process to maintain fairness and objectivity. 


  3. The entire review process typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on reviewer availability and the extent of revisions required. 

    • The journal adheres to ethical publishing practices as per COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

  1. Guidelines to Reviewers

    The HSWS Global Multidisciplinary Journal follows a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers play a critical role in maintaining the academic quality and integrity of the journal. 

    1. 1. The journal ensures a double-blind review process and sends anonymous articles for review

    2. 2. Reviewers treats the manuscript and associated materials as confidential documents.

    3. 3. Reviewers provides a fair, impartial, and constructive evaluation.

    4. 4. Reviewers evaluates manuscripts based on:

      •          Originality and innovation

      •          Relevance to the journal's scope

      •          Clarity and quality of writing

      •          Soundness of research methodology

      •          Accuracy of data analysis and interpretation

      •          Relevance and completeness of literature review

      •          Proper use of APA (7th edition) citation format

      • 5. Reviewers checks manuscripts for ethical concerns

      • 6. Completes review process within 2-3 weeks

      • 7. Reviewers submits their review reports in following format.

Guidelines to Authors

  1. Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research articles, review papers, case studies, or conceptual papers that align with the scope of the HSWS International Interdisciplinary Journal along with Copyright declaration form. 

    1. Manuscript Length:
      3,000 to 6,000 words (including references, tables, and figures).

    2. Formatting Style: 

      • Use APA Style (7th Edition) for citations and references.

      • Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12 pt, Line spacing: 1.5

      • Page margins: 1 inch on all sides

    3. Structure of Manuscript:

      • Title

      • Author(s) Name, Affiliation, Email

      • Abstract (150–250 words) with 4–6 keywords

      • Introduction

      • Methodology

      • Results/Findings

      • Discussion

      • Conclusion and Recommendations

      • References (APA format)

    4. Plagiarism Policy:
      Manuscripts must be original and checked for plagiarism. Similarity should not exceed 10%.

    5. Submission Format:
      Submit your manuscript in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format via email to: hswsiij@gmail.com.

    6. Review Process:
      All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review. Authors may be requested to revise and resubmit.

    7. Author Responsibility:
      Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all content, including data, citations, and ethical disclosures.

Terms and Conditions for Publication

  1. Originality:
    All submitted manuscripts must be the original work of the author(s) and must not have been published previously or be under consideration elsewhere.

  2. Plagiarism Policy:
    Manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism. Submissions with a similarity index above 10% may be rejected or returned for revision.

  3. Review Process:
    All articles undergo a double-blind peer review. Final acceptance is based on the reviewers' recommendations and editorial decision.

  4. Publication Ethics:
    Authors must adhere to ethical research and publication practices, including proper citation of sources and disclosure of conflicts of interest.

  5. Article Processing Charges (APC): Applicable
    The fee covers peer review, editing, formatting, and online publication.

    • Payment details will be shared with the authors upon acceptance.

  6. Copyright and Licensing:
    Authors retain copyright but grant the journal the right to publish the article. The article may be distributed under an open-access model, ensuring broad visibility.

  7. Withdrawal Policy:
    Authors are requested not to withdraw manuscripts once they are under review. Withdrawal after acceptance may lead to a blacklisting from future submissions.

  8. No Refund Policy:
    The processing fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  9. The processing charges i.e. donations received will be used for social cause and maintenance of this journal.
